Casey took care of me and got me new keys, she was very pleasant to work with and didn't waste any time . I was able to pick it up the same day that it was dropped off. Fantastic job!!! Jay PetersonMy experience purchasing my new Ford Maverick pickup at Harper Ford made me feel confident that all of my expectations would be met. Both sales reps who helped me provided their full attention to my sale. All questions I had were addressed. I'm an elderly man and this little delightful truck may well be my last new vehicle so it's important to me not be visited by any worries. I'll be looking forward to maybe taking advantage of Ford's points program to help my acquire added hardware like floor mats, etc. My Maverick is so comfy to drive.. I love it. My hope is that it will endure and give me service for a long time. I will be sharing my experiences at Harper Ford with my friends and family. I've never liked buying cars from dealerships but things have changed for the better.

Marisha RamirezMy car had a weird computer error that was sending off all kinds of different signals and they did their best to repair it given the signals it was sending off until they figured out that it was the computer sending off the signals that was faulty itself so they ordered this part for my vehicle that is a 2021 Kia K5 I commute a lot for work so my mileage was just above the 60k warranty and Jared and Robert the service manager worked diligently to get this part covered under warranty for me being that the vehicle is so new, the parts took a while because there are still international shortages of parts due to low production (due to covid) so I really appreciate everything they did to make sure my car would be taken care of during this frustrating time of having my car have these issue. They just informed me today the parts have arrived and I should have my car back soon. Thank you Robert and Jared for truly caring about the customers that buy the brands you represent!

More impressive though is I've had some drivability issues with the vehicle and he has the service department contacting me to get it looked at. Between the two I was apprehensive about tackling those issues and his time/effort has put me at ease about it now, thanks

Josh HoopesWe recently took delivery on a new Super Duty pickup that we custom ordered from Harper's. I was completely satisfied with the customer service we got throughout the entire process. Chris did a tremendous job making sure the order was correctly placed and advised us on everything we needed as well as what we did not. When we came to pick it up he helped us fill out the final paperwork and did a thorough walk through of the truck. Antoine took care of us for the finance portion and worked with us to get the payment plan that best suited our needs. Can't say enough good things about both of these fine gentlemen! If you are thinking about getting a new truck I would highly recommend checking out Harper!

Mitchell FletcherI left 5 stars for the Parts Dept for my Friday visit. Update for Sales Dept: Saturday I returned to Harper Motors Parts and they were closed, in conflict to their hours listing which showed them being open. Told 4 of the sales reps standing there and they said they would look into it (Right!) and went on their way as if they did not have time for a customer not interested in buying a car (to the contrary, I am in the market)... No "sorry bout that" or anything. I bet if any one of them drove to work and found out they changed their schedule on them they would upset though! BTW, at the time of this listing, the Parts Dept hours are still listed in error. I will notify Parts direct on Monday. Update: Appx 10 days later. Was contacted by Trevor Harper and informed that their hours were corrected online. Kudos for the follow thru and a great Parts Service Rep. Hopefully the sales reps will also be instructed and corrected on how to deal appropriately with customers as this was the premise of my prior constructive criticism.
